Fort Mill Independence Day Celebration at Fort Mill Amphitheater and Walter Elisha Park, 345 N. White Street, Fort Mill, SC: Wednesday, July 3, 2024, 6 to 9:30 pm - Join the Town of Fort Mill as we celebrate our Nation’s 248th birthday with food, fireworks and fun at our Independence Day Celebration on Wednesday, July 3, 2024! The celebration will feature music, food trucks, vendors, roving entertainment and children’s activities. Piedmont Medical Center-Fort Mill is hosting kid's crafts. More info
21st Fourth of July Parade, at Baxter Village: Thursday, July 4, 2024, at 9:30 am. Baxter Villages 21st 4th of July Parade returns! It features over 150 parade units, including classic cars, Shriners clowns, a bagpiper, Irish dancers, sports mascots, and much more. Best part? You can join in! No sign-ups are necessary. Just meet in the parking lots behind Killington's Restaurant, 940 Market Street, Baxter Village, Fort Mill, SC, by 8:30 a.m. More info
52nd annual Firing of the Cannons, at Main Street - Bandstand, Fort Mill, SC: Thursday, July 4, 2024, at 10 am The Town of Fort Mill will host its 52nd annual Firing of the Cannons. A special patriotic ceremony will be held to commemorate the occasion, followed by the firing of the cannons by our resident cannoneers, the Short Family. More info
4th of July Firework Celebration, Lake Wylie, SC: Thursday, July 4, 2024 from 9:30 pm to 10 pm with best viewing at Buster Boyd bridge boat landing, Papa Doc’s outside deck, Rey Aztec deck, LW Italian & Pizza, Bagel Boat.
Rock Hill’s 4th of July Celebration at Black Street, Old Town Rock Hill, SC: Thursday, July 4, 2024, from 12 pm to 7 pm - Join your neighbors for for a family-friendly 4th of July Celebration on 7/4 from Noon - 7 PM! Although excited to celebrate America's birthday, this year's festivities will be slightly different. Due to the growth in the downtown area, there will not be any fireworks, as there's no safe space to stage them. But don't worry, there is an exciting alternative to close the evening! More info
Celebrating Saturday - 4th of July Kick-off, Sharon, SC: Saturday, June 29th, 2024, from 6 pm to 9:30 pm. Bring your own lawn chairs and stay awhile! Fireworks begin at 9:30 pm! Live music featuring "Finally Friday Band" at 6 pm. More info

They will have the Carolina Soul Band performing, with James Thompson from Big Woo Radio hosting. There will be food trucks and of course they will end the night with a spectacular FIREWORKS SHOW!! 4th of July Celebration at U.S. National Whitewater Center, 5000 Whitewater Center Parkway, Charlotte, NC: Wednesday, July 3rd from 6 pm to 10 pm and Thursday, July 4th from 8 am to 10 pm - The Whitewater Center’s celebration takes place Wednesday, July 3, and Thursday, July 4, 2024, and feature live music, night ops, races, yoga, and Night Ops (illuminated pass activities.) No fireworks have been announced, so we need to assume that they won’t be taking place. More info
