MARCH 2024 New Listings:
In March 2024, let's discuss the NEW LISTINGS on the market. To begin, we analyze the data from 2022, where we observe a total of 380 new listings emerged in the market. Moving on to March 2023, there was a decrease of 3.9 percent, resulting in 365 new listings. Similarly, this year, in March 2024, the number dropped further by 6.6 percent, leaving us with 341 new listings.
MARCH 2024 Homes for Sale:
Next, we turn to the HOMES FOR SALE in March of 2022, where we see there were 221. In March of 2023, we find an increase of +67.9 percent with 371 HOMES FOR SALE. This year, in March, we increased by +19.1 percent with 442 HOMES FOR SALE.
MARCH 2024 Pending Sales:
Let's view March of 2022, where we see there were 358 PENDING SALES. In March of 2023, we decreased by -15.6 percent with 302 PENDING SALES. This year, in March, we increased by +7.6 percent with 325 PENDING SALES.
MARCH 2024 Median Days on Market:
Let's view March of 2022, where we see there were 4 MEDIAN DAYS ON MARKET. In March of 2023, we increased from the previous year with 23 Median Days on the Market. This year, we decreased from the previous year by -30.4 percent with only 16 Median Days on the Market.
MARCH 2024 Months Supply of Homes for Sale:
In March of 2022, the MONTHS SUPPLY OF HOMES FOR SALE was 0.6. In March of 2023, we increased by +100.0 percent with a 1.2 months supply of homes for sale. This year, we increased by +33.3 percent with 1.6 months supply of homes for sale.
