MARCH 2020 New Listings:

We start by looking at the NEW LISTINGS that came on the market in March and we begin with 2018, where we see there were 526 NEW LISTINGS that came on the market. In March of 2019, we find an increase of +2.1 percent with 537 NEW LISTINGS. The following year in March of 2020, we increased by +4.3 percent with 560 NEW LISTINGS. 

MARCH 2020 Homes for Sale:

We again, start by looking at March of 2018, where we see there were 851 HOMES FOR SALE. In March of 2019, we find an increase of +9.0 percent with 928 HOMES FOR SALE. The following year in March of 2020, we decreased by -27.2 percent with 676 HOMES FOR SALE. 

MARCH 2020 Pending Sales:

Let's view March of 2018, where we see there were 408 PENDING SALES. In March of 2019, we increased by +9.1 percent with 445 PENDING SALES. The following year in March of 2020, we increased by +12.6 percent with 501 PENDING SALES. 

MARCH 2020 Median Days on Market:

Let's view March of 2018, where we see there were 13 MEDIAN DAYS ON MARKET. In March of 2019, we increased from the previous year with 22 MEDIAN DAYS ON MARKET. This year in March, we decreased by -18.2 percent with  18 MEDIAN DAYS ON MARKET. 

MARCH  2020 Months Supply of Homes for Sale:

In March of 2018, the MONTHS SUPPLY OF HOMES FOR SALE was 2.5. In March of 2019, we increased by +4.0 percent with a 2.6 MONTHS SUPPLY OF HOMES FOR SALE. This year in March, we decreased by -34/6 percent with 1.7 MONTHS SUPPLY OF HOMES FOR SALE.
