FEBRUARY 2024 New Listings:
We start by looking at the NEW LISTINGS that came on the market in February and we begin with 2022, where we see there were 318 NEW LISTINGS that came on the market. In February of 2023, we found we decreased by -20.8 percent with 252 NEW LISTINGS. This year, in February of 2024, we increased by +31.0 percent with 330 NEW LISTINGS!
FEBRUARY 2024 Homes for Sale:
Next, we turn to the HOMES FOR SALE in February of 2022, where we see there were 215. In February of 2023, we find an increase of +57.7 percent with 339 HOMES FOR SALE. This year, in February, we increased by +32.4 percent with 449 HOMES FOR SALE.
FEBRUARY 2024 Pending Sales:
Let's view February of 2022, where we see there were 342 PENDING SALES. In February of 2023, we decreased by -23.1 percent with 263 PENDING SALES. This year, in February, we decreased by -0.8 percent with 261 PENDING SALES.
FEBRUARY 2024 Median Days on Market:
Let's view February of 2022, where we see there were 6 MEDIAN DAYS ON MARKET. In February of 2023, we increased from the previous year with 26 MEDIAN DAYS ON MARKET. This year, we held even with the previous year with still 26 MEDIAN DAYS ON MARKET.
FEBRUARY 2024 Months Supply of Homes for Sale:
In February of 2022, the MONTHS SUPPLY OF HOMES FOR SALE was 0.6. In February of 2023, we increased by +83.3 percent with a 1.1 MONTHS SUPPLY OF HOMES FOR SALE. This year, we increased by +45.5 percent with 1.6 MONTHS SUPPLY OF HOMES FOR SALE.
