Let's view FEBRUARY of 2021, where we see there were 26 AVERAGE DAYS ON MARKET. In 2022, we decreased from the previous year by -7.3 percent, with 24 Average Days on the Market. This year we increased by +66.7 percent with 40 Average Days on the Market.
Months Supply of Homes for Sale:
In FEBRUARY of 2021, the MONTHS SUPPLY OF HOMES FOR SALE was 0.7 months. In 2022 we held even from the previous year with still a 0.7 MONTH SUPPLY OF HOMES FOR SALE.
