Let's view DECEMBER of 2020, where we see there were 25 AVERAGE DAYS ON MARKET. In 2021, we decreased from the previous year by -28.0 percent, with 18 Average Days on the Market. This year we increased by +111.1 percent with 38 Average Days on the Market.
Months Supply of Homes for Sale:
In DECEMBER of 2020, the MONTHS SUPPLY OF HOMES FOR SALE was 0.9 months. In 2021 we stayed even with the previous year with a 0.9 MONTHS SUPPLY OF HOMES FOR SALE still. This year we increased from the previous year by +66.7 percent with a 1.5 MONTHS SUPPLY OF HOMES FOR SALE.
