In our lovely community of Rock Hill, you will find a space offering therapeutic fun. Critter Creek Farm, owned by Terri Gustin, a former nurse, is home to "goat yoga," wedding planning, flowers, and more. It is a pastoral paradise. You will find a schedule of events on the website - CritterCreekFarm.com

Here's what Terri had to share with us -
"We're in our 5th season of goat yoga and currently have 15 babies joining us for each yoga session with more on the way. Our "home" location is the White Home in Rock Hill but we make appearances around the area with dates coming up at the Anne Springs Close Greenway as well (April 3. Sept 18 and Nov 13). The yoga practice itself, while secondary to the goat experience, is a foundational practice suitable for all levels. The schedule can be found at Goat Yoga, Yoga - Critter Creek Farm - Rock Hill, South Carolina | Critter Creek Farm"

Goat yoga is loved by everyone who comes out to try it, as you'll see from posts on her Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest profiles. It actually came on the scene back in 2016 and has become an adorable trend across the nation. Forget about hot yoga and try this instead! You'll find that it's not simply fun but also great for your health in that it is known to decrease your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, triglyceride levels as well as depression. You can't go wrong!
